During this course we cover all the basics for baking scones, muffins and a variety on biscuits. We will teach you how to adapt a basic recipe to create different flavours and looks of the different products.

Cost R 6000.00. All ingredients are included in the fees. To confirm your place we require a registration of R 2500.00. The balance of R 3500 will be due on the first class.
